If you are not a regular customer or do not currently have access to my cell number you may send me a brief text message by emailing a plain text email to emergency(at)montanaservers.com then send a more detailed message to support(at)montanaservers.com with your contact information, both day and evening with a description of your problem and I'll be sure to contact you as soon as I am able.
