Outlook 2007 Setup Instructions

     1)        Open Microsoft Outlook 2007.

     2)        Go to Tools > Account Settings .

      Tools --> Account Settings

     3)  Click New.

      Click New

     4) Choose POP3 > Next

      Choose POP3

     5) Choose manually configure > Next

      Choose Manually configure server settings  

     6) Choose Internet Mail > Next

      Choose Internet E-mail
    

     7) Match your settings to to the ones below using your email address and the password your were assigned.
     PLEASE NOTE: To change your password click HERE

      Match your settings to these but use your email address and password

     8) Click the button that says “More Settings” then click the “Outgoing Server” tab and match the settings below.

      My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

     9) Now click on the advanced tab, put acheck mark in both box that say
     "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)"The Incoming server port should then be 995

     Where is says "Use the following type of encrypted connection" choose TLS.

     If you like to leave some mail on the server so you can use our webmail when you are away from your computer then
     check the boxes under delivery as I have checked mine. (SEE IMAGE BELOW)

     Advanced Tab

     10) Click OK > Next > Finish

     11) Click send and receive to test your new settings then send your self a test message.
